I hope we have the opportunity of serving you again in the future so you can enjoy once more of our experience as the rest of your party did. Our business is not to prevent our Guests to experience our excursion but to allow them to enjoy it at its best and always looking after their safety as paramount concern. I'm sure that if we would have allowed her to participate and she would have suffered an accident, this situation would be completely different and we'd be being acccused of negligency and therefore sued for risking your mother's life. We are deeply sorry that your mother was not able to participate on the tour, but it was on her best interest and safety. Regarding the Doctor's clearance, I'm sure that, just like we are not qualified to provide any opinion on which affections must or not be treated by him he's not qualified at all to provide any clearance on the health conditions for any Guest participating on our excursion. Nevertheless, I have e-mailed a scanned copy of the Release Form to the online agency where you purchase the excursion, so they can follow up with you accordingly. Your husband has not called me again to find out about my research. I looked over it and she not only marked as "Yes" to have asthma but also other affections which didn't allow her to take the tour for her own safety. If we'd find that she didn't mark asthma on it, I'd refund her ticket. and I agreed with him to review your mother's Release Form signed before participating on the excursion. I'm indeed taking your calls, your husband called me last Saturday July 20th around 9:30 a.m. Hello Christie, Thank you very much for your review and exposing our deepest concern for our Guests safety and health. I would give this mini-sub experience my highest rating!

It is a decent beach and they invite you to enjoy the beach for no additional charge. We said yes, $65 PP and in 10 minutes a boat pulled up and took us parasailing. They were careful not to harm any of the creatures.

Throughout the experience, they brought several sea creatures for us to hold (puffer fish and sea worm and urchin). We had huge smiles on our faces the whole time. Julio and Joaquin were scuba diving around and checking on us every minute. We enjoyed the ocean for about 45 minutes in our mini-subs. Joaquin then lowered the mini-subs into the water and we descended a ladder and put our heads into the bubble. We put our things in a locker and Julio gave us a demonstration of how the machines work. There were 3 of us, my wife, 21 year old daughter and myself. They kept us warm throughout the whole experience. We rented wet suits $7.00 each which I highly recommend. Julio greeted us there and gave us another orientation about the mini-subs. Landy, a nice woman manning the desk of this activity walked us in an underground walkway across the street to beach area. We rented a locker for $5.00 and changed in the hotel restrooms.
MINI SUBMARINE TOUR COZUMEL HOW TO
We said yes and in the lobby of the hotel he gave us an orientation of how to get prepared. We were shocked when we got out of the taxi and there was a guy waiting for us and he asked if we were the “Gordon” party. We took a taxi from the cruise port to Hotel Cozumel, $8.00 for 3 of us, about 10 minute ride. Without a doubt, a highlight of our cruise week.
